SKILLS OPTIONAL: Previous experience with insurance agency operations is preferred
Certifications in Power BI or related fields are preferred
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 15 Years previous Power BI solutions configuration
and maintenance experience preferred
15 Years previous Power BI developer (with expertise in data modeling, DAX, and M language)
experience preferred
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Business Intelligence Developer position focuses on applying advanced
data analysis and visualization techniques, using Power BI, to solve business needs.
The Business Intelligence Developer ensures data accuracy, supports end-users,
and collaborates closely with stakeholders to drive insightful decision-making.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and applications
to drive insightful decision-making;
Optimize data models for performance and user-friendliness;
Ensure the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity in all reporting solutions;
Work directly with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop tailored
business intelligence solutions;
Serve as a liaison between business units and data team to understand, define, and document
data technology needs;
Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization
of Power BI solutions;
Support and train colleagues, customers, and business partners on proper
use of the
organizations data resources;
OPEN POSITION: 3; (This posting may be filled expert level,
depending on experience and qualifications)
SALARY RANGE: $150,000+
