EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
or equivalent experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED: 7 - 10 years of experience in engineering of related projects.
Strong understanding and knowledge of industry and national codes and standards
Experience with system design software, CADD, and Microsoft Office products
SKILLS OPTIONAL: A Mechanical Professional Engineer’s license is desired
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 7 - 10 years of experience in engineering of related projects
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:Mechanical engineering design for commercial, institutional, industrial,
municipal, and residential HVAC and plumbing projects. The candidate shall have expertise in HVAC
design,plumbing system design, energy efficiency retrofits, and energy management systems.
The candidate can innovatively solve complex problems and manage people, processes, and projects.
We seek someone to coach, teach, and mentor other engineers. The candidate will be responsible for
designing projects, preparing reports and specifications, and providing a very high level of
technical leadership.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Experience with system design software, CADD,

SALARY RANGE: $80,000 TO $130,000
